At Sorella, excellent customer service is at the heart of our culture. The role will include co-ordinating the team, managing a seamless + high quality customer experience, managing appointments + bookings and salon support.
Good organisation, IT + numeracy skills are required.
Experience or passion for the hairdressing industry and/or reception experience would be a bonus.
