Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post. Please choose which option you would like at checkout.
Orders will be posted out within 2 working days.

Free Delivery is available for orders over £35*.

The Free Delivery option will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class post.
* Not applicable to Gift Boxes. This is due to the weight of the boxes and because they have already been heavily discounted.
Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service from the salon. Please choose Click & Collect at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for collection.
Returns
We are unable to accept returns of any opened products, unless faulty.
If you wish to make a return please contact us on hello@sorellasalon.co.uk to let us know the reason for the return. Please include your full name, email address, phone number and order number.
Returns can be made directly to the salon or posted back at your own cost.
We regret, we cannot refund the original delivery charge.
Gift cards & vouchers are non refundable.
